	Selection of films will be done in East Africa, Africa and beyond. This will require some travel, telephone communication, posting etc
	There will be workshop/seminars for participants to exchange ideas.
	There will be cinema theatres for screening of films
	There will be hosted social gatherings
	There will be an elaborate opening ceremony
	There will be constituted a National Organizing Committee
